2019 Honda Ridgeline in Newnan

The All-Around Versatility of the 2019 Honda Ridgeline Works for Newnan Drivers

The world of trucks is changing. While there are still plenty of options for heavy-duty, dirt-chucking pickup trucks, there's a rising number of drivers in Georgia who only need a "part-time" truck; that is, something that can tow, haul, and work every now and then, but that can settle in and act like a family vehicle and commuter car most of the week. The new 2019 Honda Ridgeline looks to satisfy that unique niche in the market. For the 2019 model year, trim levels include the RT, Sport, RTL, RTL-T, RTL-E, and the 2019 Honda Ridgeline Black Edition.

A Shift from Convention

The Honda Ridgeline has always been anything but conventional--and while it lost the truck bed "wings" that used to really set it apart in its first generation, the Ridgeline retains its classic unibody structure. It's still the only truck on the Georgia market that doesn't subscribe to the body-on-frame plan of other pickups, which gives the Ridgeline a lighter and more car-like ride quality. LED daytime running lights, a dual-action tail gate that can pull down or swing out to the side, and a class-exclusive waterproof, lockable in-bed cargo storage space set this new midsize pickup far, far apart from the competition.

A Well-Dressed Interior

The cabin of the 2019 Honda Ridgeline might be one of the most exciting things about it--though there are certainly more than a few things. The interior is dressed to impress, and offers a lot more comfort features and thoughtful additions than many of its rivals, to make it the type of truck that's just as nice to take into town as out into the woods, or down to the lake. It's versatile, too, with a rear bench seat that, similar to Honda's Magic Seat found in its cars and small SUVs, can fold up from the bottom to increase floor cargo room.

A Different Kind of Performance

The 2019 Ridgeline continues to stand apart when it comes to powertrain--unlike most all trucks in Newnan, the Honda Ridgeline does not offer four-wheel drive. Instead, it is available with an i-VTM4 All-Wheel-Drive System with Intelligent Traction Management. That means that you get the confidence and security of full-time power to all four wheels; the readiness to work of a 4WD system; and the smoother, more efficient, and more practical performance of AWD. Power goes to the wheels through a standard 3.5-liter V-6 engine, good for 280 horsepower and 262 pound-feet of torque. Towing capacity for the new Honda Ridgeline caps out at 5,000 pounds.

Honda Sensing Features and Technology

Many new 2019 Honda Ridgeline truck models feature a full suite of Honda Sensing safety and driver-assistance features: like Collision Mitigation Braking System, Forward Collision Warning, Lane Departure Warning, Road Departure Mitigation System, Adaptive Cruise Control, and Lane Keeping Assist System. Inside of the cabin, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto offer quick pairing to your smartphone, for full integration of contacts, calls, media, music, texts, and more, all displayed on an available 8.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system. Want to enjoy your favorite song outside of the cab? A class-exclusive in-bed sound system can project tunes right out of the back.
